They called me in at 2a they were uncomfortable with our new little druggie. But when I got there she was calm and wanting to sleep on the floor. They didn't need me.
    Rhonda wants specific nursing assignments. I was given Candy and David and Joyce and she will take everyone else. I don't think that is necessary, neither does AJ nor the shelter mgr.

I made a run to the dollar store while Candy went to the Doctor. I saw a waterfall.
I got gas and I also took a picture of the scratches on the car in the daylight. I didn't do them they were there when we got the car at the Charlotte airport.

AJ's plan to get Candy to rehab fell thru. I called my boss Fran and asked what to do. I didn't think hanging hey go thru withdrawals in the shelter will be a good idea. She agreed. She wanted me to call her doctor back and have him arrange rehab for her. That could not happen. I am left with sending her to the ED if she becomes too ill.  The boss above my boss came to check on things around 5 and discovered I came in at 2am and told me I have to go home. My cohort was doing a manicure on one of the clients. He was not impressed. So I have her report and left. It's about 35 degrees and might snow tonight. I'm glad I came in the daylight to find this new place. I met Chastity at our old place and she showed me where it is. Not sure I can find it myself. In the dark tomorrow night. This was my 3rd move on this deployment. 1 Hotel in Charlotte, 2 bldg c at forestry, 3 bldg b at forestry, 4 the forestry house.
The rest of the crew made it to the house. I'm rooming with the supervisor, Cindy. ;)

I finished packing and left for rc HQ. I went the wrong way on the freeway and it was 3 miles before I could turn around. I was trying to get there at 7a. Well it was 7:15 but no trouble. I returned my first aid kit. Turned in my, cpc card. Made copies of all my expenses and expenses report, turned in receipts. Turned in car keys and reported the scratches on the car.  Met my ride and we set off to the airport. The gps took city streets instead of the freeway. It took about half an hour. In the river district we passed more evidence of Helene's destruction. Checking in and security was very quick. I usually fill my water bottle from city water after security but if course the water is not potable.  I had to buy some. And they're happened to be a cinnabon stall. I bought a mini one. It's a frosty morning. Mary and I went to do laundry and met a road crew from Tennessee. Then we went to get coffee for our co-workers. I got a call from Fran at headquarters and I'm being reassigned as well as Rhonda and have to be in Asheville tomorrow by 9: 30am. I have to bring all the DHS supplies with me back to headquarters. It's a lot of stuff. So I'm dropping Mary back off at the house to sleep then I get to go exploring. I stopped at the Christmas shop  We have been seeing it every night. All lit up on the way home from the shelter. I had to stop by. Next I went to waterfalls Park. Apparently that's the same park I saw the other waterfall in. But I got a much better view. It's 11:30 now so I'm going to go get myself and Cindy a salad for lunch from the hospital salad bar.        From there I hung around at the shelter and had my lunch. Hoping I could sit...
